Horizontal bead mill (pin type) is a closed wet milling machine for continuous production. Comparing with regular horizontal bead mill. It possesses higher milling efficiency. Better final fineness, better abrasion resistance. It is suitable for milling materials in industries such as paint, printing ink, pigment, color paste, cosmetic, pesticide, pharmacy etc. It can deagglomerate flocculated materials to the required particle size. Easy operation, safe, reliable and high efficient.

• Cooling mode : Circulating coolant

• Milling medium : Imported ziconia beads (0.8-2.2mm)

• Transfer pump : Pneumatic diaphragm pump / gear pump

• Grinding medium : Pure zirconium beads
